FORGE ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION OF GUNN BATTLE CENTER
Forge Real Estate Partners IV, LP, a joint venture between Forge Capital Partners and The Sembler Company, has acquired Gunn Battle Shopping Center, an 80,675 square foot grocery anchored shopping center located in Warner Robins, GA.
Gunn Battle Shopping Center is anchored by a high performing Publix Supermarket and complemented by a mix of restaurant, fitness and service-based tenants. Warner Robins is situated approximately 100 miles south of Atlanta along I-75 and is home to Robins Air Force Base, which is the largest military air force base in the South. This asset is well positioned along an expanding retail corridor that is poised to continue benefiting from the Macon-Warner Robins MSA’s economic expansion. The Property presented an excellent opportunity to acquire a necessity-based retail shopping center in a growing market, with upside potential through the lease up of vacant space and an available outparcel.
