FORGE ANNOUNCES SALE OF CAUSEWAY SHOPPING CENTER
Forge Real Estate Partners III, LP (the “Fund”), a joint venture between Forge Capital Partners and The Sembler Company, is pleased to announce the sale of Causeway Shopping Center, a 107,171 square foot Ross, Michaels and Bealls anchored shopping center located in Melbourne, Florida.
Causeway Shopping Center is perfectly located at the primary entrance of Indian Harbour Beach, at a signalized intersection with over 58,000 cars per day. The Fund acquired the property in November 2014 and created value through re-merchandising the tenant mix including the addition of Michaels.
