FORGE ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION OF CONYERS SQUARE

Forge Real Estate Partners IV, LP, a joint venture between Forge Capital Partners and The Sembler Company, has acquired Conyers Square Shopping Center, a 90,218 square foot Kroger-anchored shopping center located in Conyers, Georgia.

Conyers Square is anchored by a strong performing Kroger supermarket that has operated at the property since 1985 and serves the rapidly growing Conyers suburb of the greater Atlanta metropolitan statistical area. The property is ideally situated in a dominant retail corridor just two miles south of Interstate-20 along the going home side of Highway-138. This asset is poised to continue benefiting from Atlanta’s prolific economic expansion and the Fund Manager plans to create value through the lease up of vacant space and remerchandising of the tenant mix.
