FORGE ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION OF HERNANDO WEST PLAZA
Forge Real Estate Partners IV, LP, a joint venture between Forge Capital Partners and The Sembler Company, has acquired Hernando West Plaza, a 110,367 square foot shopping center located in Spring Hill, Florida.
The center is anchored by Publix Supermarkets, the market leading grocer in Florida, who has operated at the property for 40 years. Ideally located on US Highway 19, the primary north-south artery for the region, the property benefits from the 43,000 vehicles that travel along this corridor on a daily basis.
