Anthony Littlejohn, CCIM

Human Resources Manager

Mr. Littlejohn currently serves as the Human Resource Manager for Forge Capital Partners. He is responsible for overseeing payroll and administering employee benefit programs. Prior to joining Forge Capital Partners, Anthony was the IT Accounting Manager for Bloomin' Brands, Inc. owners of Outback, Carrabbas and other nationally known casual dining restaurants. He was responsible for compiling and presenting detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for Senior Management personnel.

Before joining Bloomin' Brands, Inc., Anthony was a Senior Financial Analyst with Cushman and Wakefield of Florida. A leading worldwide company in valuating and selling commercial real estate and leases. He was responsible for preparing financial models for leases and commercial assets with values up to $500 million for clients throughout the US and abroad. His tasks included modeling Net Present Value financials with supporting due diligence for commercial leases to establish the valuation for brokers representing tenants or landlords.

Before joining Cushman and Wakefield of Florida, Mr. Littlejohn was a Senior Financial Analyst and Assistant Controller with Euro American Advisors, Inc. He modeled financial analyses for net present value and IRR for acquisition and consideration of acquisition for foreign investment partners. He maintained pro-forma of over 20+ properties in company portfolio to ensure quality quarterly reporting. In addition, he was responsible for the preparation of monthly financial statements for various types of real estate properties. He also reviewed, audited and adjust property cash financial books to IRS tax-based accounting and reconciled bank accounts.

Anthony is a US Army veteran who served 20 years in the US Army Finance and Accounting Corps and earning the rank of Sergeant First Class. He had numerous overseas assignments that sent him to the Gulf war, Germany and South Korea. He served stateside in numerous locations and has earned over 50 awards and citations with the highest being the Joint Meritorious Service Medal.

Mr. Littlejohn earned his BS degree (Business/Management Concentration) from the University of Maryland while in the US Army in 1999 and his CCIM designation in 2006.
