Caetie Berger
Managing Director
Caetie Berger is Managing Director for Forge Capital Partners. In this capacity she oversees the origination, analyses and underwriting of all real estate investment and disposition activities for Forge Capital Partners and its related funds. Additionally, Caetie coordinates all aspects of investment due diligence and arranges financing for all of the Fund’s real estate transactions.
Prior to joining Forge Capital Partners, Caetie was a financial analyst for Atlantic American Capital Partners, a diversified investment banking firm. In this capacity she assisted in all aspects of the company's mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private placement, and private equity transactions, specifically focusing on New Market Tax Credit and Community Reinvestment Act related investments.
Caetie earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Tampa and her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Florida.
