Grisel serves as the Executive Assistant to the Managing Principals for Forge Capital Partners overseeing all administrative functions in the office.

Prior to joining Forge Capital Partners, Grisel spent over 20 years at JPMorgan Chase Bank in New York City, where she held Administrative Assistant roles in Asset & Wealth Management, Consumer and Community Banking and Commercial Real Estate Banking.

While at JPMorgan Chase Bank, Grisel was a member of the SAGE Administrative Professionals Network whose main goal is to encourage personal and professional development. Grisel also participated in company-led events focused on teamwork, camaraderie and community such as the annual JPMC Corporate Challenge, a 5k run through New York City’s Central Park and Cycle for Survival, an indoor cycling Fundraising event aimed at helping to beat rare cancers.

Grisel earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Secretarial Sciences from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, San German campus, in 1992.
