Maite Olivero is the Staff Accountant for Forge Capital Partners. Her responsibilities include the day to day accounting of real estate holdings and the investment funds, and any necessary Fund related intercompany transactions. Ms. Olivero is also responsible for processing all construction draw requests on development projects and coordinating payment with various financial institutions. In her accounting role, Maite also assists the corporate and fund controllers in audit preparation and reporting to investors.

Prior to joining Forge Capital Partners, Maite was the Accounts Receivable Accountant for RIPA & Associates, a civil and utility construction company. She was responsible for billing 90 projects, approximately $15 million a month. She reconciled receivables and submitted reports to senior management. While in this position, she also handled all notice to owners for the projects, collections, and release of liens.

Before joining RIPA & Associates, Maite was the Building Administrative Assistant for iConstructors, LLC, a Commercial General Contractor. In this role, she was responsible for billing over $1 million monthly, filing Notice to Owners on the projects, submitting drawings and handling permits for the municipalities, while assisting the Project Managers daily.

Mrs. Olivero earned her Associates of Science from Webster University in 2002. She is also a Notary Public.
