Reid Jaeger

Real Estate Portfolio Manager

Reid Jaeger is the Real Estate Portfolio Manager for Forge Capital Partners (“Forge”) and is responsible for creating and overseeing customized asset management strategies for investment properties developed and/or owned by Forge Capital Partners. In this capacity, Mr. Jaeger’s responsibilities include maximizing total return of portfolio assets through the analysis of property efficiencies, identifying opportunities for improved financial or operational performance, managing cash flow, distribution analysis, investment projections and working closely with third-party property managers and leasing agents to provide direction for and oversight of annual business plans and budgets. In addition, Mr. Jaeger also provides pre-acquisition assistance in the due diligence process, oversees construction management activities on development projects, and manages debt refinancing, equity restructurings, and asset dispositions for the investment properties owned or developed by Forge.

Prior to joining Forge Capital Partners, Mr. Jaeger was a Commercial Credit Analyst with Aileron Capital Management (“Aileron”), a national specialty finance company and FINRA-registered broker dealer with an expertise in government guaranteed loan programs including U.S. Small Business Administration (“SBA”) and USDA Business & Industry Loans. During that time, he focused on the processing, underwriting, and servicing of Aileron's commercial real estate loans, specifically focusing on borrower/guarantor cash flow analysis, appraisal reviews, and SBA/USDA eligibility requirements.

Prior to joining Aileron, Mr. Jaeger was an Associate at LCG Capital Group (“LCG”), a Tampa-based middle market investment banking firm. While at LCG, Mr. Jaeger worked on a broad array of transactions, including sell-side M&A mandates, debt and equity raises, and lower-middle market corporate finance deals.

Mr. Jaeger obtained his Bachelor Degree in Finance from Florida State University, and a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Tampa.
