Mrs. Cardamone currently serves as the Director of Asset Management for Forge Capital Partners as well as President and Broker for Forge Realty Services. She currently works with the Fund CFO on the financial reporting of acquired properties, with the Property Management team on the operation and oversight of the current portfolio and with the Acquisitions Department on the due diligence and asset management of potential properties. Her responsibilities include oversight of property management of the real estate assets, financial reporting reviews, budget preparation, and management of tenant improvements, repairs, disputes, and evictions.

Mrs. Cardamone has been with Forge Capital Partners since 2007, working as a Development Assistant, Office Manager, Property Manager, Staff Accountant and Senior Accountant. In addition, she provides condo management services to the company’s residential real estate assets.

Prior to joining Forge Capital Partners, Mrs. Cardamone was an Executive Assistant and Office Manager for Euro American Advisors, Inc. a Dutch based commercial real estate development firm with an operating portfolio of over $900 million in real estate assets. She provided high level administrative support to the Managing Director of the US Operations and was responsible for the direct oversight of the US Office personnel and administrative operations.

Mrs. Cardamone received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Florida Southern College in 2001. She is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker, a licensed Community Association Manager, and a Florida Public Notary.
